Please note: The following shipping times refer only to transit time after your order has been shipped and do not include the production time.
Since all our products are handmade and customized, the normal production cycle is approximately 25–40 business days. Once your order is completed and shipped, it will be transported according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
Standard Shipping
Typically arrives within 12–15 business days after shipment.
Delays beyond our control may occur due to customs clearance, flight scheduling, local delivery, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note: We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for standard shipping.
Express Shipping
Requires an additional fee.
Typically arrives within approximately 7 business days after shipment.
Even with express shipping, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, as transit may be affected by customs, logistics arrangements, or other factors.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost during transit, we will verify the situation with the logistics provider and do our best to assist you in finding a suitable solution.
Each lost package is handled on a case-by-case basis.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to check your package's progress.
