Welcome to Furmementory (“Furmementory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern
your access to and use of our website, products, and related services.
By accessing our website, submitting photos or other materials, placing an order, making a payment, or
otherwise using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any other policies
posted on this website, including our Privacy Policy, Refund & After-Sales Policy, Shipping Policy, and any
additional terms posted on relevant pages. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website
or services.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to your access to, browsing of, interaction with, purchase from, and use of this website
and our related services.
If a product page, checkout page, campaign page, policy page, or any other page on this website contains
additional or specific terms, those terms will apply to the extent relevant.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services, or legal
obligations. Any updates will become effective when posted on this website. Your continued use of the
website after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under
the laws applicable to you.If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use this website only with the involvement
and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order or otherwise
communicating with us, and to promptly update such information if necessary.
3. Products and Services
Furmementory offers handmade custom wool felt pet sculptures and related services based on customer-
submitted photos, descriptions, and reference materials.
Our creations are intended primarily as keepsakes, display pieces, and commemorative artworks. They are
not toys and are not designed for children’s play.
Because each item is handmade, reasonable variations may occur in color, texture, proportion, facial
expression, fur direction, and fine details. Such variations may result from the nature of wool fibers, the
handmade sculpting process, the quality of the photos you provide, lighting conditions, and screen display
differences.
You acknowledge and agree that handmade custom items are not factory-standardized products, and
reasonable handmade variations do not constitute defects.
We will make reasonable efforts to capture the key characteristics of your pet, but we do not guarantee an
exact match to any photo.
4. Photos and Custom Materials
Our custom work is created primarily based on the photos, notes, and other reference materials you submit.
To help us create the best possible result, you should provide clear, accurate, well-lit, and color-true photos.
If your pet has distinctive features, such as unique markings, heterochromia, unusual fur patterns, ear shape,
or other important details, we recommend sending close-up reference images.
For full-body custom pieces, we recommend providing multiple angles, including front, side, back, chest, tail,
and limbs.
We are not responsible for differences between the finished piece and your expectations where those
differences result from unclear, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading materials submitted by you.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to submit all photos, text, and other materials you
provide to us, and that such materials do not infringe the copyright, privacy rights, portrait rights, trademark
rights, or any other rights of any third party.
If any dispute, claim, or complaint arises from the materials you submit, you agree to be solely responsible
and to compensate us for any resulting loss, damage, or expense.
5. Orders, Review, and Changes
After you place an order and complete payment, your order will enter our review, scheduling, and/or
production process.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or adjust any order in the following circumstances:
obvious errors in product information, pricing, inventory, or system operation;
incomplete, unusable, or potentially infringing customization materials;
unusual order activity, suspected fraud, failed payment, or technical issues;material shortages, shipping disruptions, force majeure, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent
fulfillment.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, we may contact you to discuss a delay, modification, or refund,
depending on the circumstances.
If you would like to modify your customization request after placing an order, please contact us as soon as
possible. Once production has begun, changes, cancellations, or refunds may no longer be available.
6. Pricing, Payment, and Duties
All prices are shown at checkout and are payable in the amount displayed at the time your order is submitted.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, prices do not include import duties, import taxes, customs
clearance fees, carrier handling fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country or region. These
charges, if applicable, are generally the customer’s responsibility.
You must complete payment using one of the payment methods offered on our website. If a payment is
declined, unsuccessful, flagged for risk review, or otherwise cannot be completed, we may decline or cancel
the order.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, and campaign terms at any time. Such changes will not
normally affect orders that have already been paid in full.
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or system error, we
reserve the right to cancel the order and issue an appropriate refund.
7. Production and Shipping
All items are handmade and made to order. Under normal circumstances, the estimated production time for a
full-body custom piece is 25–40 business days. Framed pieces may require less time, but actual timelines
may vary depending on order volume and project complexity.
Any production time, dispatch estimate, or delivery timeframe shown on product pages, social media,
customer service messages, or elsewhere is an estimate only unless we expressly state otherwise.
Production and shipping may be delayed due to late submission of additional materials, requested order
changes, holidays, high order volume, supply issues, logistics disruptions, customs inspections, or
circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we expect that shipment will not be made within the originally estimated timeframe, we will make reasonable
efforts to notify you and communicate with you regarding available next steps, which may include delay,
modification, or refund where appropriate.
Once an order has been shipped, actual delivery timing depends on the carrier, customs processing, and
local delivery conditions. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date.
Tracking information is usually provided after shipment when available. Some shipping methods may
experience delayed or limited tracking updates.
8. Cancellations, Refunds, and After-Sales Support
Because most of our products are personalized custom-made items, orders generally cannot be canceled,
returned, or refunded once production has started.
Before production begins, you may contact us to request cancellation. Whether a full refund is available, and
whether any payment processing fees or other incurred costs will be deducted, will depend on our posted
policy and the circumstances of the order.If any of the following occurs, you may contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos, videos,
and your order details for review:
the item was seriously damaged during transit;
the item you received contains a clear and material error compared with the confirmed order details;
the item has an obvious quality issue.
Reasonable handmade variations, including differences in expression, proportion, fur direction, fiber texture,
slight size variance, or minor color variation, do not normally qualify as quality issues and are not valid
grounds for a refund.
After reviewing your case, we may offer a repair, remake, partial refund, replacement, or another reasonable
solution, depending on the circumstances.
Please do not return any item without our prior written approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused, and
any related risks or costs may remain your responsibility.
9. Shipping Information and Delivery Responsibility
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, recipient name, and contact
information.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, returns, failed delivery, or extra charges caused by incorrect or
incomplete information, refusal of delivery, failure to cooperate with customs procedures, or any other issue
attributable to you.
If your package appears visibly damaged at delivery, please keep photos, videos, and any carrier
documentation where possible, and contact us promptly.
10. Social Media and Promotional Content
We may display products, examples, promotional campaigns, and advertising content through platforms such
as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
Photos, videos, customer examples, and visual demonstrations shown in promotional content are provided to
illustrate general style, craftsmanship, and overall effect only. They are not a guarantee that every custom
order will be identical.
If you access our website through a third-party platform and place an order, the official terms, product
information, and policies published on this website will control.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all text, images, trademarks, logos, graphics, layout, product displays, videos, and
other content on this website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual
property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, display, or exploit any website content for
commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
By submitting customization materials to us, you grant us the limited rights necessary to use those materials
for order fulfillment, customer support, quality review, and related communications.
If you do not want us to use photos of the finished piece or the making process for our website, social media,
or portfolio display, please notify us in writing before placing your order or as soon as possible afterward.Unless you expressly object, we may use images of completed works for portfolio, promotional, or showcase
purposes, provided that sensitive order-related information is not disclosed.
12. Privacy and Personal Information
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The information we may collect includes your name, contact details, shipping address, order details, payment
related information, uploaded pet photos, and communications with us.
We use this information primarily for order processing, custom production, shipping, customer support,
website operations, marketing analysis, and legal compliance.
If the laws applicable in your jurisdiction grant you rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your
personal information, you may contact us using the details listed below.
13. Country of Origin and Cross-Border Fulfillment
Unless otherwise expressly stated, our products are made in China and shipped from China.
You understand that international orders may involve export procedures, import procedures, customs reviews,
taxes, duties, and local delivery requirements.
Because customs rules and import practices vary by country and region, shipping times and related charges
may also vary.
14. Prohibited Uses
You may not use this website or our services to:
violate any applicable law or regulation;
submit materials that infringe the rights of others;
place orders using false information, stolen payment methods, or fraudulent means;
transmit malicious software or interfere with website operations;
