Refund Policy
At Furmementory, your satisfaction is very important to us. Because each piece is custom-made by hand using the photos and details you provide, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.
If your item arrives with serious shipping damage, a clear quality issue, or a major error compared with the confirmed order details, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos for review. Once verified, we may offer a repair, remake, partial refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.
For additional revisions to a completed piece, please contact us first to confirm whether changes are possible. If approved, you may ship the item back at your own expense, and we will do our best to make reasonable adjustments to ensure the final piece meets your expectations.
Order Cancellation Policy
To reserve your place in our production schedule, a 50% deposit is required when placing an order.
Before production begins: You may cancel your order at any time, and the deposit will be fully refundable.
Once production has started: The deposit becomes non-refundable, as materials, time, and labor have already been committed to creating your one-of-a-kind piece. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded after production has begun.
Order Changes Policy
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. After this 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, as your order may have already entered scheduling, preparation, or production.
