Care and Preservation
Each custom-made wool felt piece is a handcrafted keepsake created for collection and display. To ensure
this soft and precious companion lasts longer, a little extra care and gentleness are needed in daily care.
Regarding Display
It is recommended to place the piece in a dry, clean space away from direct sunlight and minimize frequent
touching. For better long-term preservation, it is recommended to display it under a glass dome or in a
display box to reduce dust accumulation and better protect the details and shape of the piece.
Regarding Cleaning
Wool felt is a handmade fiber art form, and a small amount of loose fibers appearing on the surface over
time is normal. Use a large felting needle to gently comb through the fibers, restoring the piece to a neat and
delicate state. Any loose fibers can be gently trimmed with small scissors.
For routine dusting, it is recommended to use a cool setting to blow on the wool, or use a hairdryer on a low
cool setting for simple cleaning. To avoid damaging the fiber structure, it is not recommended to use damp
cloths, tape, lint rollers, ordinary combs, or brushes.
Regarding Handling
Before handling the piece, please ensure your hands are clean and dry to avoid transferring oil or moisture
from your hands onto the wool surface. When handling and moving the artwork, it should be done gently to
avoid squeezing, pulling, or excessive friction, so as to better preserve its original shape, texture, and
handcrafted details.
